A thought about first step
The first and main thing is to establish teacher-student repo.
And to establish it, teacher should introduce English language as 'शीतल हवा का झोंका' in the form of
1. Singing rhyme (without giving emphasis on meaning)...
2. Simple commands (with ease on face)
3. PRE (print rich environment) with attractive pictures.
4. Rectifying the error of students with gentle-calm gesture.
And once we get success to boost the confidence and morale of students, the remaining task will take its own course very easily because crossing the hurdle of 'hesitation' is the topmost achievement in language learning.
