Friends, today we are introducing you through Mission Shikshan Samvad, the gemstone of Kaushambi, Shalini Kushwaha ji. Who has made her school a center of social trust with her positive thinking and behavior skills. Which is inspirational and exemplary for all of us.

Efforts done in the school
1. Nearly 60 poems and other co curricular activities with action have been done in class.
2. Before government, On 26 September 2015 I had distributed shoes and socks in my previous school.
3. Parents teacher meetings whenever needed.
4. I have phone numbers of each and every class student and I talk to the parents if a student does not come to the school more than 2 to 3 days.
5. Tie, belt, I card and handkerchief distribution in the school.
6. During morning assembly we use drum, mike, speakers and other props like ribbons, pt dumbles, handmade decorated cardboards etc.
morning assembly is well planned with prayer, oath, pledge, motivational songs, yoga, PT, thought of the day, poem recitation, news headlines and National anthem.
7. we use ICT tools like mobile, laptop, mobile magnifier, Mike, speaker, etc. for effective and interesting teachings.
8. Teaching through role play becomes interesting for the students.
9. Homework is given in printed form to make it a fun not boredom.
10. Daily blackboard updates.
11. English word meanings in written and oral forms.
12. General knowledge questions are also revised everyday.
13. Personal care is given to the students even stitching of torn clothes and nails are also cut in the school.
14. Moral values are introduced to inculcate good behaviour.
15. motivational stories are told and shown to inspire them for doing good deeds.
16. Cultural activities like dance, stories etc.
17. Sports like bat ball, basketball, race, kho kho, Kabaddi, football, etc. are played by students.
18. Rallies related to admission, cleanliness, vaccinations are matched.
19. Every student is special and unique for us.
20. Special attention is brought on hygiene and health issues.
21. Weekly competition on every Saturday and prize distribution on the same day.
22. I have adopted the students of class 1. The actual reason after it, is to strong their base and it is five years plan which will be in the direction of fulfillment of my ideas to get them admitted in NAVODAYA SCHOOL.
23. I have tried my best to give them the environment of ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL.
24. Students bring copies of different sizes and many times we face many problems related to torn and lost copies. To avoid these problems I have distributed them three in one note books of good quality and same size where they do classwork and I keep them in the school.
25. I have been awarded three times on the district level by our DM sir Mrs. Manish Kumar Verma and on block level by our ABSA sir Mr. Sunil Kumar Prajapati.
Besides these, during my training days I have been given the title of ACTIVITY QUEEN by our ABSA sir Dr. Avinash Singh.
Not only this for doing nice activities I have also been honoured with a garland by our DIET PRACHARYA SIR.
26. Students are very close to me and share their problems without any hesitation.
27. I have been selected for state level competition of ICT PRESENTATION in Lucknow.
